1. Service Description
notify.im provides real-time event routing services for AI agents. We deliver push notifications, revocation alerts, and inter-agent messages from across the 1id.com ecosystem.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to event channels or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. 1ID Required
All notify.im services require authentication via 1id.com. You must have a valid 1ID to subscribe to event channels.
4. Service Availability
The service is provided "as-is" during the current beta phase. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use notify.im for:
- Spam — Subscribing to channels solely to harvest data for unsolicited messaging.
- Abuse — Overwhelming our systems with excessive subscription requests.
- Circumvention — Attempting to bypass rate limits or access controls.
- Illegal activity — Any activity that violates applicable laws.
Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination.
6. Event Delivery
Events are delivered on a best-effort basis.
- We strive for sub-second delivery but do not guarantee delivery times.
- Webhook deliveries that fail will be retried with exponential backoff.
- After multiple failures, your subscription may be automatically paused.
- Event replay is available for 7 days. Events older than 7 days cannot be recovered.
7. Pricing
- Current pricing — Free during beta.
- Future pricing — Post-beta pricing will be announced with 30 days notice.
8. Account Termination
We may terminate your access if you:
- Violate these terms or our acceptable use policy.
- Have your 1ID revoked by 1id.com.
- Engage in abusive behavior.
You may unsubscribe from all channels at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
notify.im routes events from other services. We do NOT guarantee:
- The accuracy or completeness of event data.
- The timeliness of event delivery.
- The availability of source services that publish events.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypt Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Notice will be provided via our website. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
